Apple Picker
On Sunday we went apple picking with the Holloway family. Everyone had fun even though I was a bit grouchy. I mean really, how much fun is it for me...I can't even EAT apples! Mama and Daddy enjoyed them, though. Little Miss Jackie Holloway also LOVES apples...even she got to eat them! Here I am with Daddy who is patiently calming me down.
Coffee Shop
My first outing with Mama was to the Country Club Cafe, a coffee shop here in town. That was the week Mama kept forgetting her camera. Here I am, 8 weeks old and she finally manages to get a picture of me in the cafe...a place she frequents often! Karen, Judy and Judy's 3 year old, Chloe, are always there to greet us (Karen and Judy work there). Karen's got me!
After apple picking and coffee time, Mama spent the first half of this week getting us ready for our trip to Florida. I was very excited about my first flying trip, but more excited about meeting the rest of Mama's side of the family. (Oklahoma relatives, I'm coming soon!)
We left for Florida Wednesday night and didn't get to Muma's (formally known as GrandMuma but it was decided that the name was too complicated) until the wee hours of Thursday morning. Needless to say, Mama didn't get much sleep. I however was out like a light on the plane. :-)
