Fullerbits

Today was the first “official” day of school for all the kids. They have been up there for the past couple of weeks but this was the actual start of the school year.
Jon was up first, dressed and ready to go by 6:20 AM.

Lily had a birthday last week, there were lots of presents, a day out with the girls, build-a-bears, an American Girl Doll with lots of accessories and of course cake and singing.

Last night Lily says, “I really love my mommy and daddy and in my heart I know I love Jon.”

I ran across this video the other day and thought the kids would get a kick out of it.

Instead of brushing her hair, Lily tried some twirling and twisting maneuver with the brush.
This picture was taken after working on it for 10 minutes. All total it took about 15 minutes to get the brush free. The whole time she cried saying, “I don’t want a brush stuck in my hair forever.”

Today was field day at Lily’s school, tomorrow is the last day of school. I can’t believe we almost have a second grader.
Jen surprised Lily and showed up at field day to take a few pictures.
