4th of July
We had a great 4th of July and hope you did the same. First up was the subdivision parade, the kids had their bikes all decked out and everyone had bomb pops at the end.

Before the bomb pops we actually took a picture of all the kids. At the end someone had all the kids say, 1-2-3 happy 4th of July. Of course all the kids screamed and Evan didn’t like that noise at all.

First Post! We all had a great 4th; the parade was fun, Lily and I got to go shopping with Nana and we had a cook-in, ice cream and fruit and finally fireworks! What fun! Lily grew this past week and we were down to two pairs of shorts that fit! She is now a size 7, even 6x is too small. She must have hit a spurt overnight because it was amazing what wouldn’t fit! Everyone is also commenting on how tall she is, so it’s not just me!
Hope you all had a great Independence Day! Oh, and Evan took his first steps today! Talk about independence!!!

Great pics! Poor Evan, he looked real unhappy. His skin looked good, though! It looked like you all had fun. Do you go down your hill and then have to come back up??? That’s a nasty hill, great for sledding, but not for walking or bike riding. Happy 4th to all of you. Congrats to Evan on the walking — you’re in trouble now!

Happy Fourth of July!! Great photos, looked like a good time! I like the family photo too! And by the way, Lily growing a size had nothing to do with the ice cream before bed at night in Florida (I’m sure!). Miss you all!
