Jon has quad skates (old-school) and Lily has roller blades. They are much easier for her and now they both can go around the rink without my help. They even skated together a few laps. Then, towards the end there was one girl there about Jon's size who was great on skates and she grabbed his hand and they skated around a lap; too cute! Jon also got a pass to come back because he made it to the second to last lap on the limbo! Poor Lily, she was upset but she knows that she gets to come back with him!! I can't wait for the next SKATE night! The kids will have so much fun! (Who am I kidding; I think I like it more than they do!) The kids are doing great rollerskating.
