Old TV

Jen brought this old TV home from goodwill so the kids at school could explore by taking it apart. Jon however thought it was just the coolest thing and sat and slowly turned the knob to try and bring in a station. The other morning he was so excited that he found something and I got a kick out of the fact that it was the price is right.

Your kids are deprived of TV. You may want to think about getting a real one that they can actually watch! Not all TV is bad. The Price is Right is a pretty good show! I think it’s actually the longest running show in history — good pick, Jon!
Though, I do have to admit that Dan actually loved taking things apart — and putting them back together! I think that’s a great idea for the kids in class. Of course, you better know what everything inside is called, because they are going to be sure to ask you.
    Thanks for sharing, Ray.
    Love you all.

We have a real TV. We just don’t have cable. :-)

Doesn’t count unless you can watch the news and tv shows! Love ya!

Wow, I’ve fallen behind. This is real cute. But I agree with Muma, I couldn’t live without tv. I do understand you need to control what they watch though. Bet it will be fun to take this apart and hear all the questions.
