Pool Party
Tonight was the annual sub-division pool party and cookout. The kids swam, ate and had a good time. Daddy was one of two grill masters, cooking bratwurst, burgers and hot dogs.
It was a mad rush at the food line, with several special orders. One woman brought her salmon patty and another family requested turkey dogs. So as a result I didn’t get to take as many pictures as I would have liked. But here are a couple.
Here are momma and Lucy hanging out in the shade, and yes that umbrella that Jen is under is her own portable shade.
Here is Lily in the pool, I am not sure where Jon was so I didn’t get any pictures of him. Lily is the little head with the goggles on, the other boy was playing catch.
You need to give lucy a controller and let her play some Halo 3 she looks bored in the first picture

Jen looks pretty good under the umbrella. After an emotional day, it is nice to see that she did go to the pool party (and Lily too) and that she actually looks like she’s relaxing.
