[5/15] Park
Mommy needed to do a little work for the K to the A to the A to the P this evening, so the kids and I walked down to the park for a little fun.
Lily started out by just hanging around and talking to the natives.
Jon on the other hand wanted to go right for the most daring activity there, the 6 foot high zip slide. I must hand it to him though, he can hang on to that thing for dear life. You can see Lily in the background, still just hanging out.
Lily wanted in on the action but as you can see from her face she did not enjoy it quite as much. And notice Jon in the back, climbing through the window.
Once he got his body through the window he was ready to open up the ice cream store. How does one open the ice cream store you might ask, by SCREAMING, ICE CREAM STORE! Apparently that little girl was not welcome in the store.
After the store closed Jon decided to go visit jail.
In jail you only have a tiny hole to look through to the outside.
Lily decided to visit but found that if you got low enough you could find a slot to peek through. Isn’t she cute!

Jon looks just like another little boy I remember that loved zip lines. That zip line was in his backyard and his daddy put it up for him.
Lily on the other hand looks like that little boy’s two girl cousins who weren’t crazy about the zip line the first time they tried it either.(And one of those girl cousins even had red hair too!) Keep trying Lily, it gets better and better.
